Learn To Belly Dance - Redmond, WA
Belly Dancing:
- Is a low impact aerobic workout - Increases muscle tone in the arms, legs, stomach and obliques - Builds core strength - Improves posture and helps you stand straighter - Improves body awareness In each session you learn a routine you can practice or perform for friends and family! There are opportunities for stage performance as an intermediate/ advanced student. The Next 8-Week Session is April 25 - June 13, 2013. Then we will take a break for the Summer! Performances for Rakshanda: May 4: Alternative Hafla at the Valley Center Stage May 18: Springtide Belly Dance Show- Third Place Books in Lake Forest Park and of course Mediterranean Fantasy Festival in July
