Is a low impact aerobic workout Increases muscle tone in the arms, legs, stomach and obliques Builds core strength Improves posture and helps you stand straighter Improves body awareness In each 8 week session you learn a routine you can practice or perform for friends and family. There are opportunities for stage performance as an intermediate/ advanced student. The Next 8-Week Session is March 8 to April 26, 2012.
